I love Missouri in January because it is usually 65 degrees for at least 3 days in a row.
I love my child who has now decided he is above his bottles...all of them, as in, all liquids are consumed through his straw sippie cup. (FINALLY!!!)
I love how I can go take a walk at the end of January with Jack and the Lale's are only 2 seconds away....and Tara is home in the mornings so we can harass her.
I love how my child is such a good sleeper...during the day and at night!!---sorry other moms...:)
I love how my windows are open in my house for the second day in a row so we can kill any germs from the PARTAY---sorry anyone who might be sniffly..
I love how my husband comes home from work, helps with Jack, and lets me go to Starbucks to vent with a girlfriend any day of the week....thanks babe!!
Lastly, I love how it took me so long to realize that when I write stuff down, it feels much better!!

The BIG PARTAY
This was Jack's football cake from the BIG PARTAY from last week. Below are some of his friends after the PARTAY....they were getting pretty tired!! (we all hope everyone had fun)
We are now back to two naps a day. The little one just keeps me guessing!!
Like I said before, I am just staying flexible.....and loving every minute of it!

The new start
Well, everyone is doing it so I may as well jump in--to blogging, that is. The purpose of this is to help me and other moms talk, laugh, and question our every day adventures with our kid (s).
It all began yesterday. Our little man decided that he is now above his morning naps. That's ok, right? It is actally supposed to be like that, says everyone online. So, yet again, all of us moms must be more flexible. (just a note--he is the easiest kid to put down at night, so this naptime dilemma is new for me) So, I roll with it. I finally get him to sleep later in the afternoon and it is smooth sailing.
Today, now we have decided that we really want our morning nap, just much later. That is cool as well, but like every other mom, we need to schedule time to run to Wally World, the bank, our friend's house, etc. So, how do we do this?? We become even more flexible.
We will just have to see where tomorrow brings when we get to night-night town.
